YESSS!! YESSS!! I'M DONEEE!!!!

i spent just about the entire day doing this cos i only just heard about this thing like... yesterday... so um i broke my back and wrist trying to complete my application sheet before the deadline. which is tomorrow. oh man i so wanna join TT_TT YES I GOT IN!!

NameS: Vanilla THE HUMAN and Zirabelle THE BLISSEY

Pokemon: Blissey (no she's not a gjinka, Zirabelle is her pet companion)

Gender: Female

Age: 18

Job: Cleric. She volunteers at the local pokemon pound healing and playing with abandoned/stray pokemon (if she's not busy battling, or healing pokemon after battles, or healing people or stuff like that)

Kingdom: Matahari! She loves the sun and sky

Ability: Serene Grace

Level: 1

Attacks: Aromatherapy, Counter, Shadow Ball, Charm

Likes: Sunshine, white clouds, blue skies, wind, beaches, PINK, feathers, soft squishy beds/chairs/stuff to sit on, pokemon (especially pink pokemon), vanilla ice cream, actually any type of ice cream, beefsteak, using her healing powers for good, battling, contests, guys with good hair (and tanned skin)

Dislikes: Fair-skinned vampire-like guys, some types of bug pokemon, weird shades of green, rain, cold, hard surfaces, PORK, not getting her 10 hours of sleep every night

Personality: Vanilla picked up her love of healing and caring for others from Zirabelle's gentle caregiving instincts. She showers affection extravagantly on everyone she knows, so much that sometimes they wish she'd just bugger off. But she's so sweet and innocent that they can't help but be nice to her again.

Vanilla has a very childlike demeanor (people say it's because of the baby fat on her cheeks) and panics easily when she's stressed. But she's learning to deal with it since panicking is generally discouraged in emergency situations.

All too often Vanilla finds herself jumping to the defense of some seemingly helpless person/pokemon, only to find herself getting thrashed because she (or Zirabelle) is not as tough and strong as she thought herself to be. She doesn't learn her lesson though, she keeps doing it (she's extremely chivalrous and determined to defend the weak), so it's lucky she has Zirabelle to clean up her mess afterwards

History: Born and raised in Matahari. During her first visit to the local pokemon center at age 8, Vanilla bonded instantly with a newly born Happiny and decided to catch it and name it Zirabelle. A few months later while playing fetch with her, Zirabelle evolved into a Chansey because the stone Vanilla threw (and Zirabelle caught) just happened to be an Oval Stone. A few years on Zirabelle got so disgustingly happy under Vanilla's care that she evolved into a Blissey amidst convulsions of joy.

Vanilla's parents are stockbrokers and earn cartloads of pokedollars. Hence she does have tendencies to throw fits or tantrums when things don't go her way. It's not her fault she's an only child.. but taking care of Zirabelle since her Happiny days has matured her somewhat.

OH AND vanilla designed her battle/healing outfit herself she's somewhat of an artist, and proud of it! She creates all these costumes herself and has considered moving to Oneiros and eking out a living as an Artist there, but her love of comfort and dislike of Oneiro's humidity keeps her staying nice and cozy in Matahari. As you can probably tell Vanilla has lots of inertia and is very resistant to change.

Additional info: Despite loving Zirabelle to bits and being very happy with her, Vanilla sometimes wishes she can take to the skies and flyyyy. So she's hunting for some move tutor or TM that can teach Zirabelle to use those undersized wings of hers and take her to the skiessss.

Vanilla's adornments are RUBIES that her parents gave her for her 18th birthday, when she officially got a job as a cleric. they're obscenely huge, testifying to her family's wealth. Her staff isn't really functional except it channels her healing powers (kind of) and looks cool when she brandishes it around in battle.

The feathers on her outfit are the ones that Zirabelle drops. Don't worry guys she doesn't pluck them from poor Zirabelle.

And yes Vanilla's feet are dying inside her boots, she puts on a smile and endures it because pointed feet are cool yo.



....... whew that was long. i'm exhausted after a whole day of drawing/writing this blissey's shading is kind of off cos my hand got shaky from exhaustion towards the end.
